    真空绝热板(VIP)简介:

    真空绝热板简称VIP板,是英文“vacuum Insulation panel”的缩写,是真空保温材料中的一种,由隔热性能极强的芯材在真空状态下用高阻隔封装材料封装而成,具有优异的绝热性能。芯材一般有玻璃纤维、气相二氧化硅、岩石纤维或混合不同种粉末/纤维、其他正研发的原料。

    VIP板能有效避免空气对流引起的热传导,因此导热系数可大幅降低,并不含有任何ODS材料,具有环保和高效节能的特性,该产品的性能,价格可满足各类需求,是目前世界上较为先进的高效保温材料。

    苏州宏久航空防热材料科技有限公司是于2011年11月11日在江苏工商局注册成立的一家绝热材料研发型企业,主要进行超细玻璃纤维棉及其生产线的设计、研究、加工和制造。真空绝热板的研发、设计、生产和销售,以及其他更高性能的绝热材料的研发。

    公司拥有3个高新技术产品,100余项发明专利,同时公司也是江苏省高新技术企业、十佳专利示范企业。研发团队现有40余名研究专员,其中在站博士研究生10名,硕士研究生20名,公司还聘请了10名著名大学教授及10名跨国企业专家,确保公司材料、技术稳步国际领先水平。
