招聘职位
产品经理
岗位职责:
1、根据产品定位进行市场调研,整理产品需求,进行竞品分析,整理功能需求;
2、整理业务流程图,负责产品需求功能点设计;
3、基于用户体验设计理念,结合用户需求和产品技术架构,完成产品/功能的概念设计和原型展示;
4、在软件开发前,完成交付给开发和测试团队产品需求文档,功能定义,协同用户体验设计师完成视觉设计,用户界面(UI),交互设计等详细设计文档;
5、协调技术开发人员,跟踪产品开发进度,完成产品的开发、测试、版本管理,评审发布,产品上线等相关工作;
6、协同研发团队监督确保产品开发的合理架构、优化方案、资源落实和项目进度;
 
任职要求:
1、参与过不少于一款客户端产品、小程序、系统平台的设计及研发,有餐饮行业经验优先;
2、熟练使用axure等原型制作软件;
3、基于产品角度,对各平台架构,以及同一平台不同版本的技术特性、技术局限性有一定了解;
4、熟悉产品交互设计的相关流程,包括功能分析、用户角色分析、原型设计、界面开发、易用性测试等;
5、卓越的逻辑思维与分析能力,能够很好的规划和设计产品功能、使用流程与交互体验;
6、有很强的沟通、协调,推进能力,有很好的抗压能力。能够有效地组织和推进跨职能,跨团队的合作项目。

岗位职责:
1. 负责维护已有的业务系统和搭建新的业务系统。
2. 根据业务部门需求部署或升级已有的程序。
3. 监控业务系统的运行状况,根据业务发展,调整系统基础设施的资源分配。
4. 协调处理系统故障。
 
任职要求:
1. 踏实本分,有进去精神,有团队思维。
2. 熟练掌握Linux系统常用命令操作,熟练搭建LAMP、LNMP等常规Web基础架构。
3. 熟练掌握MySQL、MongoDB、Redis等数据库的操作。
4. 熟练掌握Cacti、Zabbix、Nagios等监控报警系统。
5. 理解TCP/IP协议及组网原理。
6. 一年以上IDC或云主机运维工作经验,管理过超过10台主机。
7. 掌握Python者优先考虑。
